New World versus Old World Wine Challenge

Guests are treated to a 4 or 5 course dinner with two similar wines served with each course,
one from the New World and one from the Old World eg; a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and a Sancerre.

A description of each wine will be given pointing out the similarities and the differences.

They must then decide which wine best suits each course,
the mature, experienced old timer, or the dashing, impetuous newbie.

A bottle of Champagne will be awarded to the table with the most entertaining reasons for their choices.

For groups of up to 50 people.
